The atrium is breathtaking, a highlight of the stay. Valet parking fees are high and it can take a while to get your car. The room was updated and clean, but the food options are pricey and not always great. Staff were responsive when I had maintenance issues. Would consider staying again for the views and location, but parking is a hassle.

The room was dirty—there was hair everywhere, the beds were rock hard, and the shower was missing toiletries. It was just not what I expected, and I felt totally embarrassed.

Impressive atrium and friendly staff made for a nice stay. Check-in process was slow, and parking fees were high at $55 a day.

The location is perfect, right near the slopes for easy access. The amenities are top-notch with cozy lounges and a hot tub to relax after a long day.
It wasn't cheap, but considering the convenience and quality, it felt worth it.

The room was pretty with a lovely view, but it felt a bit shabby for the price. The upholstered furniture had some visible wear and tear. Temperature control was efficient, keeping the room comfortable. The bed quality was satisfactory, providing a decent night's sleep. Noise levels were manageable, allowing for a peaceful environment. the check-in experience was frustrating; they couldn’t locate my reservation initially, and communication could have been clearer, especially regarding food delivery.

I was absolutely thrilled with how everything I wanted to see was just a short walk away, including the popular Coca-Cola tasting just under a kilometer away, and the amazing Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame only about 1.1 km down the road, making it easy to soak in all the local culture and attractions without needing a car; plus, the on-site Starbucks and friendly concierge were great additional perks. The only small downside was that the elevators took a bit of time, but overall the friendly staff and beautiful views of the city made it a very enjoyable stay.

The city view from my room was gorgeous and the ambiance during the rain was a nice touch. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom felt a bit outdated and could use some freshening up.

Beautiful architecture. The atrium impresses—truly a centerpiece of the hotel. Elevators are a highlight; quick and efficient. Immediate access, no waiting. The city view from the 33rd floor is stunning, although I wished for a higher vantage. Staff demeanor varied. Most were friendly and accommodating, but one experience left much to be desired, especially with plastic cups. Breakfast could benefit from more options, yet it sufficed. Cleanliness standards should improve; a 9-night stay with minimal upkeep is concerning. Some service processes felt inefficient. If you're not valet parking, prepare for a bit of a trek. There’s potential here, but improvements are needed. Would I return? Absolutely—with adjustments, it could shine.

The city view was stunning, and the updated room decor was lovely. Being downtown near restaurants and attractions was super convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze.
There were some hidden fees for parking that added up quickly. Also, the presence of homeless individuals in and around the hotel was unsettling.

The staff is exceptionally polite, making you feel safe while exploring the hotel. Although I found the cleanliness lacking at times, the comfort of the bed made for a decent night’s sleep.

The city view from the 41st floor was stunning, and the gym really surpassed expectations. Clean, comfy room, convenient Starbucks in the lobby, and nice touches like apples and water at the front desk made for a pleasant experience. the floors were unclean, and housekeeping left much to be desired, with no one coming to refresh towels or clean. The staff was friendly, but they seemed overwhelmed. Prices for food and drinks were ridiculous. Despite the lovely amenities, a makeover is desperately needed here. This place could shine with a little TLC.

Just wanted to share my experience staying at the Marriott Marquis. So, let's start with the positives. I absolutely loved the city views from my room, it was such a treat to wake up to that every morning. And the breakfast buffet at Sears was a major highlight - so delicious and a great way to start the day! there were a few things that didn't quite hit the mark. the cleanliness of the rooms left a lot to be desired. There was hair all over the shower and sink, and the toiletries provided were empty. Definitely not the most pleasant experience. Another issue was the valet parking situation. When we arrived, valet was full and we had to resort to using public parking next door. Unfortunately, my vehicle was broken into while parked there, which was a real hassle and disappointment. Despite these issues, the hotel did have some redeeming qualities. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. The glimpse of downtown from my room was also a nice touch. my stay at Marriott Marquis had its ups and downs, but there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. Hope this review helps others considering staying here!

We had exclusive Atlanta United, partner access to all sports games with over 20 flat, screen TVs in a modern, fifty, story convention hotel. The dramatic 500, foot, high atrium offered panoramic city views. Walking to State Farm Arena or Mercedes, Benz Stadium for games and events was convenient.
My children wanted more kid, friendly dining options.

Had an awesome weekend in the heart of the city! The hotel was huge, with over 30 floors and quick, efficient elevators. My room on the 30th floor was always spotless thanks to Ms. Pandora, who was super sweet and made sure I had everything I needed. Plus, the location was perfect , just a short walk to top attractions like the Aquarium, World of Coke, and Centennial Park.
A minor hiccup was the last, minute parking fee notice, but with the convenient public lots nearby, it wasn't a big deal. The only downside was the mix, up with room types upon check, in, as the double beds were smaller than expected.

I felt like royalty lounging on the 42nd floor. My room was a dream with rustic charm and chic vibes. The Atrium Ballroom was stunning, and High Velocity served the yummiest pub fare!
Getting lost in the hotel was a delightful experience of its own.

OMG, had a blast with friends , watched every game at the bar with massive flat screens! Walking to concerts was epic. Hotel views were so lit! Atrium views , the vibe, bro , insane!
Wish the hotel had a rooftop party spot for us cool kids , DJ vibes and chill zones. .

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, right in downtown Atlanta and close to all the major attractions and restaurants. The architecture of the hotel was stunning, and the room itself exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a well-kept bathroom and spotless bed sheets. I was pleasantly surprised by the early check-in option, which made my travel experience much easier. this hotel provided a great experience and I will definitely be returning.
One minor issue I encountered was the delay in fixing the TV in my room and the slow response from guest services in providing towels and washcloths. However, these were small inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

I chose Marriott for its location near Georgia Aquarium, and the welcoming staff surprised me with 4-star service and a lively cocktail bar that was perfect for working during the day.
Service issues; payment delay.

we stayed at the marriott for a birthday weekend and had a perfect time. the breathtaking view from our 37th floor room and friendly staff made the experience enjoyable. the hotel's 4-star amenities and convenient downtown location, near Mercedes Benz stadium and state farm arena, allowed for easy exploration of nearby stores, restaurants, and attractions.
Not obvious to find 😕
